Gareth was upfront and honest about the project from the outset. He took time to consult with our Architect throughout and provided meaningful advice on aspect that were contentious or awkward as always happens in an old building . The result is a new extension providing Lounge , Utility, and shower room which are unique in design and well constructed.Gareth constructed a fireplace for us as an extra which was completed to a high standard and reasonably priced.
With the exception of some outside work which he coming back to complete for us once some extra work is done the build was completed on time and within the budget agreed.
He was onsite throughout and we had his full attention .

Second floor extension on top of the garage, extending utility room into garage and replacing all fascias board and soffits. Gareth was very professional, enthusiastic and reliable throughout the project. Gareth stuck to schedule, budget and successfully resolved any problems that we came across. He was very considerate in trying to minimise disruption and mess to the house while the work was completed and only knocking through at the last possible minute. The other tradesmen he brought in were always good workers and all the work has been finished to a high standard. We would definitely recommend Gareth to anyone requiring any building work
