This is a brief introduction to my company CFL (Chep) Ltd.

We are a building company and undertake all types of building work. I run a small, friendly of team employees with established sub-contractors.  We work in and around the Monmouthshire and Newport area.  We have been established for many years and completed several projects locally.

I am happy to undertake full project management including costing, liaising with sub-contractors, liaising with any suppliers to deliver your project within costs and the agreed time scale. We also have a good relationship with local Building Control Officers.

As well as general building we specialises in extensions, home offices and new builds we also offer the following services: -

Demolition, Drainage, Ground Works.

Block Work and Stone Masonry.

Timber frame and Sips panel construction for new build or extensions.

External rendering using K-Rend or Parrex Products.

Under-floor heating.

Self-levelling floor screeding.

Also, through a third-party partner we offer Plumbing and Electrical services including energy saving solutions that can help to reduce your energy costs.
